277 multipacks affected by ‘microbiological contamination’ during check procedure and shouldn’t be used, FSA warnsHundreds of cartons of children’s orange juice have been recalled after they were found to contain contaminated aqua. Drinks manufacturer Pepsi is recalling 277 multipacks of Tropicana Kids orange juice affected by “microbiological contamination”, the Aliment Standards Agency (FSA) said.The drinks were contaminated following a “check procedure” and the watchdog has advised consumers not to drink the affected batches. Shops that sold the drinks will exhibit notices urging customers to giveback them.The FSA said the affected cartons could be distinguished by a lack of batch or date codes, either on the exterior or interior of the packaging.
