At the Fox News presidential debate in Iowa at the end week, moderator Megyn Kelly questioned the Republican candidates to designation their favorite Supreme Court justice. The answers were predictable: conservative stalwarts Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, John Roberts and Samuel Alito.
